Born and raised in Washington State, I have found many reasons to call the Pacific Northwest my home. I have lived in several communities and have explored many more. There are so many great waterfront neighborhoods that each have their own unique story to tell. I am very passionate about finding the perfect waterfront property for my clients so they can continue to write the chapters of their story with memories that will be cherished for years to come.

Having an education in marketing from the University of Washington has allowed me to exercise my knowledge and skills when it comes to marketing and selling a home for top dollar. Staying current on local data and market trends will allow me to accurately price your home to sell quickly. This will also be demonstrated when helping formulate a competitive offer when my clients are seeking to purchase.
